At ELITE HOROLOGY SDN BHD, we understand that circumstances may change after an order is placed. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be cancelled and how cancellation requests are handled.
Before Order Confirmation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests made before the order has been confirmed, processed, or prepared for shipment may be accepted at our discretion.
After Payment Has Been Made
Once payment has been successfully completed, the order may already be undergoing verification, preparation, or fulfilment.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation request, but cancellation is not guaranteed after payment has been received.
If the order has already been processed, packed, dispatched, or otherwise committed for fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
After Dispatch
Orders that have already been handed over to a courier or delivery partner cannot normally be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after dispatch, any available return or refund option will be subject to our applicable return and refund terms.
Special Orders and Reserved Items
Orders involving specially sourced watches, reserved pieces, customised arrangements, pre-orders, deposits, or items obtained specifically at a customer’s request may not be eligible for cancellation.
Any applicable cancellation terms for these purchases will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
Deposits
Where a deposit is required to reserve or secure a timepiece, the deposit may be non-refundable if clearly stated at the time of payment.
This is particularly relevant where the item has been specifically reserved, sourced, or removed from sale for the customer.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be returned through the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment method used.
Any non-refundable transaction fees, administrative charges, delivery costs already incurred, or other reasonable expenses may be deducted where applicable and permitted.
Orders Cancelled by ELITE HOROLOGY
We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including situations involving payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, order verification concerns, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, any amount properly due for refund will be returned to the customer.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your name, order details, and reason for cancellation.
